Dear H12 Residents,
Please be advised that the Facilities Team along with their external Service Providers will be conducting a double knock fire testing for the lifts and the fire panels within H12.
The work will commence on, Friday, 15 July 2022 at 09h00 – 12h00 during which each lift will be down for approximately 5 min. Please note that during this testing the fire alarms will go off within the lift and the lift goes to the bottom of the basement when the alarm triggers.
We recommend residents to have their fire escape door keys with them during this time.
