Dear Houghton Residents,
The Facilities team has advised that they need access to all units to do an audit on the aircon systems on H7 and H12 from this week. The Body Corporate aircon team along with Curries will be knocking on the front doors for access when they get to your core. Please allow access and notify your staff members that there will be access required for the aircon team. Access will only be required for a approximately 5 minutes per unit.
The team advised they will be starting on H12 and move their way over to H7 over the next 4 weeks.
