The Hotel Facilities team advised that the Fire System Lift Double Knock system will be tested on Tuesday 7th of June 2022 from 9:00 in the morning.
If you are asking yourself what is a double knock?
It’s in the case of a fire emergency, alarms will be sounding, lifts will shut down and move to ground floor. Residents must ensure that they use the fire escape during this time, as this will be the only way to enter and exit your unit during the test.
With your help and understanding, we can get the testing done with as little as possible discomfort to residents. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
