Logging support tickets on the my estate life app
Did you know that you can log a ticket with the Management Office or Facilities Team on the My Estate Life app?With the My Estate Life app being the main communication channel, it has numerous functions that resident can use to make their lives easier. Please follow the below link for the guide on how to log tickets. The 2 most common categories are Management Query and Maintenance.

Urgent request to residents who fish on a monday
We ask all members and residents who utilize the golf course and dams to respect the flora and fauna at all times. We have noticed a negative impact in these areas, fishing gut and hooks are being left behind and are polluting the dams and their surroundings, injuring the wildlife in those areas.
Dogs are not being kept on a leash and are terrorizing the natural bird life and upsetting the ecological cycle.
Please ensure you fish and walk your dogs responsibly.
