Speed bump installation

Dear H7 Residents,

Speeding is an ongoing problem that the Trustees and Management Office are trying to manage. 

An increase of complaints has been received from H7 residents speeding down into the basement.

The decision was taken to install speed bumps at problem areas.  The same was done in the H12 basement.                                    

We request that residents abide by the speeding limit of 20km/h on common property and drive carefully.

The speed bump main purpose is to slow down vehicles and keep pedestrians safe when walking on common property.
